Gabriel Waterhouse swapped Columbia Road for a former pottery studio on Ezra Street, and the room seats just 24. Patricia Wakaimba runs front of house while the kitchen garden supplies whatever the tasting menu needs that week. A wine bar arrives next door in September, but for now it's just the two of them and a very small dining room getting it right.
