Cartmarking Ceremony

A ceremony older than most of the vehicles it now inspects, cart marking once stopped unsafe carts from using City streets and today still gathers everything from horse-drawn drays to the cleanest electric vans. Free to watch, right in the middle of the City. A strange little tradition, worth catching if you can.
