Coppa Club's new London Bridge outpost is its biggest yet, wedged between the Shard and Tower Bridge with a wraparound terrace built for staring at the river instead of your laptop. By day it works as a coworking spot with plugs and coffee; by night the marble bar takes over for cocktails and an all-day Mediterranean menu. Riverside real estate this good doesn't usually come with a mezzanine to hide in.
