Cordelia's Mayfair

Jordi Sebastianelli left Le Petit Beefbar to run the fire at Cordelia's, and the old L'Atelier Robuchon site now smells of charcoal instead of foam. Eighty covers circle an open theatre kitchen, working through British rib-eye dry-aged in-house and cuts flown in from Galicia and Finland. Mayfair already has steakhouses to spare, but not many built entirely around the grill.
