Georgie's Bar

Georgie's Bar opens inside Corinthia London, named for Tom Kerridge's boxer dog and stocked with a Martini list that runs four ways: dry, wet, dirty, and one finished with a smoked pickled onion called the Steak. A life-size bronze in a suit stands watch over the room, on loan from sculptor Beth Cullen-Kerridge. It's a proper drinking room bolted onto a very serious kitchen.
