Man Hon Luk has gone permanent, taking the old Silo space above Crate Brewery for his Texas-meets-East-Asia barbecue. Everything is smoked on site and sold by the gram until it runs out, from Sichuan-peppercorn short rib to Taiwanese pork belly. Get down to the canal early or miss out.
