George Bukhov-Weinstein and Ilya Demichev, the team behind Beast and Goodman, finally build the pub they said the City was missing: proper seafood, live tanks and all. Native lobster and Norwegian king crab sit next to burgers, so nobody has to pick a side. Former Goodman chef Chris Piorkowski runs the kitchen.
