Phil Winser and James Gummer, with partner Olivier van Themsche, take over the old Coach and Horses and put the horses back in the name after 228 years of tradition. The menu changes daily and leans on produce from the group's own market garden, a step up from the site's recent, more forgettable chapter. Ray Street gets a pub worth detouring for.
