Bubala's fourth site is also its biggest bet, a Grade II-listed Garrick Street building with room for a proper wine list. The vegetable-led menu that built a cult following in Spitalfields gets more space and a cheaper set menu to go with it. Covent Garden finally gets a reason to eat vegetables on purpose.
