Creative Tales

Storyteller Rosie leads under 5s on a parade from the gallery's magic mantle clock to the ArtPlay Pavilion, tracing sunlight, water, wind and earth as they appear in the paintings along the way. Songs, rhymes and Makaton signs replace sitting still, letting toddlers act each tale out instead of sitting about. A monthly session proving a gallery can hold a small child's attention just as well as any screen. Sessions cost £8 per child.
