The Bancone team swaps pasta for pints at this riverside boozer, named after a Pink Floyd track for a building the band once put on an album cover. Jonathan Woolway, seventeen years deep at St John, runs the kitchen, ox heart and hand-cut chips with a terrace that actually faces the Thames. London has enough rooftop bars; this one just wants to pour a decent pint with a view.
