Mix & Move: Jazz and Funk

Grounded Movement leads a loose, welcoming dance session through jazz and funk in the Clore Ballroom, with seated versions of every move on offer. It is less a class than an invitation, no leotard required. Free, monthly, and kinder to the limbs than most gyms.
