Two of Notting Hill's most talked-about residencies just got a permanent address. Chefs Yuji Shimokawa Kelly and Robin Kosuge have moved their Urchin and Robin's Ramen pop-ups into one three-storey townhouse, ramen and snacks downstairs, a sharper Japanese menu up top. It's the Dorian team's quietest opening yet, and probably their smartest.
