Paddington Rubber Duck Race

Up to 3,000 sponsored rubber ducks bob down a canal basin in a race for charity, with a dragon boat regatta crowding the towpath alongside. All proceeds go to neonatal and children's intensive care units nearby, so betting on a plastic duck buys some real good luck for someone else.
