The Beaumont hands its Brown Hart Gardens corner to Pearl, an all-day room built on Mediterranean instinct rather than fine-dining formality. Culinary director Lisa Goodwin-Allen leans hard on Italy and Spain, coffee and pastries at breakfast, spritzes and small plates by evening. Mayfair needed a terrace that works this hard.
